At some point (soon?) I want to be able to write a little more each day. It is almost like I need a guide for this.
Today was a good "low sugar" day. I want to get better.
I also want to stop spending so much time on phone games that really do nothing for my overall life. There are other things to enjoy--- that are productive and then I will not feel guilt.
Food--- 1/2!! Especially when I am hungry! It is always easy to get more. Impossible to take food out of a stomach that is too full.
